If your website was moved to the new hosting recently here are some instructions for setting up your email. Instructions are included for Outlook, Outlook Express and WebMail access.
Outlook setup (Not Outlook Express)
1.) Open Outlook and go to the Tools option 2.) Select Account Settings 3.) Select your account and double click on it. It should open the following window. make sure your settings are as follows:
After checking these settings, click on the 'More Settings' button
Make sure your settings are as follows:
Click OK until you return to Outlook and test your email account.
Please call the office if there are any problems.
Outlook Express (Not Outlook)
1.) Open Outlook Express and go to the Tools option 2.) Select Accounts 3.) Select your account and double click on it. It should open the following window. make sure your settings are as follows:
Click on the 'Settings' button and make sure your settings are setup as follows:
Click 'OK' and exit account settings. check your email to ensure it's working.

Webmail Access
Webmail is available by going to the following link for your domain (website)
http://www.yourdomainname.com:2096
When you go to this link, you'll get the following display
click on the option under "squirrelmail" that says, "enable auto load" and change the value to 0 or 1. Click on Squirrelmail to access the webmail systems.
You must enter your entire email address and password to get into the sytem. the next time you access webmail via the http://www.yourdomainname.com:2096 address, you should not get the webmail choice display, but instead go right to the login for webmail.
